And if you plan to stop and relax for a while, be sure to bring a blanket to spread out and lie on for maximum relaxation.

5 – When you stop to smell the flowers, remember where the trail is

Along the way you might spot a funny shaped rock in the distance or a collection of beautiful flowers that you want to look at. But going off-path can create a domino effect, causing you to stray further and further from familiar territory. The allure of nature combined with a psychedelic can pull you in quicker than you think. If you hike too far, you may get lost and not find the path.
